Why no camera matters

Most random video-chat sites end up in the same place: someone on camera doing something nobody asked to see. Chitmet removed the camera completely. You talk by text, or by voice when both of you accept — which is how most people actually want to talk to a stranger.

It also means nobody sees your room, your face or where you are. The other person sees your show name, your gender and, only if you turn it on, your country.

When Egypt is online

Egypt stays up late. With the country set to Egypt, the busiest time is roughly 10 pm to 1 am, and nights run later in summer and during Ramadan. If the local queue is quiet, choose Preferred instead of Strict and Chitmet widens the search step by step while you wait.
