Chitmet sells only a digital service. Nothing is physically shipped.
Delivery of Premium
Premium is activated on your account instantly after a successful payment — usually within a minute. You will see “You’re Premium” and your end date on the Premium page.
If it hasn't activated
If Premium is not active within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email support@chitmet.gg with your payment ID and we will activate it or refund you, as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Availability
Premium is available worldwide wherever Chitmet is accessible. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees for India and US Dollars elsewhere.
