Chitmet

Arabic chat

Arabic Chat Online Free, Private, No Camera

Chitmet pairs you one-on-one with a random Arabic speaker — in Cairo, Riyadh, Casablanca, Algiers, Baghdad, Dubai or Paris — for a private text chat or an audio-only voice call. Choose العربية in the filter, press Start, and write in Arabic script, in your dialect or in Arabizi. Free, anonymous, no camera, no sign-up.

Free, including the country and language filters · no sign-up · text and audio only — never video · 18+ · Updated

Arabic filter

Pick Arabic and meet people who picked it too — from the whole Arab world or one country.

Any dialect, any script

Egyptian, Gulf, Levantine, Maghrebi, Fusha or Arabizi (“3” and “7”) — type the way you actually write.

Text or voice

Type, or switch to an audio-only call once both of you accept. Never video.

No chat room chaos

One person, one private conversation. No public room, no member list, no spam flood.

Say hello in Arabic

Three openers that work better than “hi”. Type in العربية script or in Roman letters — both are fine.

السلام عليكم، كيف حالك؟

As-salamu alaykum, kayfa halak?

Peace be upon you, how are you?

من أي بلد أنت؟

Min ayy balad inta?

Which country are you from?

شو أخبارك اليوم؟

Shu akhbarak el-yom?

What’s new with you today?

How to set it: open chitmet.gg → More filters → Language → Arabic (العربية). Chitmet then prefers people who picked the same language.

Who you meet in Arabic chat

Leave the country on Anywhere to meet Arabic speakers from Morocco to Oman and from the diaspora in Europe and North America, or set one country — Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Algeria, Iraq, Jordan, the UAE — with Strict to stay local or Preferred to be matched locally first.

Add interests — football, gaming, anime, music, travel, study, cooking — and the Vibe Match score shows what you share the moment you connect, so the first message is not “where are you from?”. Al Ahly versus Zamalek, the Saudi league, Ramadan series and the best shawarma in your city never fail.

Why Chitmet instead of an Arab chat room

Most Arabic chat sites are public rooms: hundreds of names, messages scrolling faster than you can read, ads, and strangers asking for your number in the open. Chitmet gives you one private conversation at a time with someone chosen for your language and interests — Skip for the misses, Keep in Touch for the ones worth keeping. Nobody else can read what you write.

No video, ever. Text and voice only keeps it private and respectful, and it works on an ordinary data plan.

Which Arabic? All of them

The language filter matches speakers of Arabic, not a particular dialect. Egyptians, Saudis, Moroccans, Iraqis and Lebanese all pick the same filter, so you will meet the whole region. Dialects differ, but most people switch to a simpler Arabic or to Arabizi when they need to, and a short voice call clears up anything typing cannot. If you want one dialect, add the country filter.

Chitmet also has pages in Arabic for Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Algeria and the general Arabic chat, plus Arabic pages on chatting without registration and voice chat.

Voice calls in Arabic

Egyptian and Moroccan Arabic are much easier to follow out loud than in Arabizi. When you both accept, the chat becomes an audio-only call in the browser — no phone number and no camera, and Chitmet does not record it.

Safe for everyone

Chitmet is 18+ and moderated: Skip, Report and Block in every chat, automatic scam and number-fishing detection, and photos only after you allow them. Never share your phone number, address, bank or wallet details, or any verification code with someone you just met, and leave any chat that pushes you to WhatsApp, Snapchat or Telegram in the first minutes.

Frequently asked questions

Can I meet people from one Arab country only?

Yes. Choose Arabic as the language, set the country — Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Algeria, Iraq, Jordan, the UAE and others — and pick Strict. Preferred widens the search when it is quiet.

Is this an Arabic chat room?

Not a public room — Chitmet matches you one-on-one with a random person who also picked Arabic (العربية). Nobody else can read your chat.

Can I write in Arabizi?

Yes. "3" for ع and "7" for ح are everywhere on Chitmet, and Arabic script works too — messages written in it are shown right to left.

Is the Chitmet website in Arabic?

Yes — the Arabic version is at chitmet.gg/ar, with pages for Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Morocco and Algeria. The chat screens themselves are in English for now.
